• TAT is 3-10 business days AFTER payment has been made (once payment has been made, TAT starts the following business day). THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WHOLESALE ITEMS. / Shipping is not included in TAT. (Once I drop it off at the post office, it is out of my hands. I will help however I can, if issues occur).
• *FRESHIE DISCLAIMER: Hang freshie immediately, after opening! Do not place freshie on dashboard or any surface. Fragrance/color will stain surfaces. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Toxic if consumed! Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not place in wax burner or attempt to melt. Fragrance can last anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We are not responsible for any damage or replacements due to misuse.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

I'm so sorry you have an issue with your order.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns/ exchanges/ refunds, as everything is custom/handmade. Please reach out to me (within 48 hours of receiving your order) via email or Facebook Messenger (FB Messenger for VIP group members). Thank you for understanding.

PICK-UP POLICY:

For PICK UP orders only (all other orders using this code will be canceled) - please use code "pickup" at check-out to cancel out shipping fee! 
Please put "pick up" in the note section at check-out!

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. All pick-up orders MUST be picked up within 7 DAYS of notification, unless otherwise stated by me for an extended timeframe. If your order is not picked up within that time frame & you have not reached out to me (to extend your pick up), your order will be canceled WITHOUT a refund and the item will be used for a giveaway or resell.

WHOLESALE INFORMATION:

Wholesale is for other businesses only & NOT for personal use. Prices vary depending on products/items. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10 items. TAT is up to 15 business days (not including holidays & marked closed days).
